Transaction Whitelist

The whitelist is turned on by default in TOP Network mainnet (New-Horizons). For some transactions on the chain, only the accounts in the whitelist can send.

Restricted transactions: transfer, deploy application contracts, call application contracts, stake TOP for votes, vote for miners, and claim voter dividends.

By default, the accounts in the whitelist are only creation accounts. The on-chain governance committee can modify, adding or deleting the list of accounts. The on-chain governance committee can turn off the whitelist function so that all accounts can send these transactions without restrictions.

The TOP Network testnet(Galileo) does not restrict any transactions.
